CRTSQLRPGI DBGVIEW(*NONE) would cause the CRTBNDRPG or CRTRPGMOD part of the compile to be done with no DBGVIEW parameter, which would default to DBGVIEW(*STMT). DBGVIEW(*STMT) is sufficient to get the variables dumped.
