You are absolutely correct Joe. We have spend many man hours and dollars to add support for almost all keywords originally available in DDS. I do say almost all because there are a handful that are not supported. Some we will never do because their just silly in the web environment (think BLINK) and some we just have not been asked to do.
And you nailed it, our grid widget is interfaced as a subfile. It functions exactly the same as far as RPG is concerned.
We have definitely done the heavy lifting and more importantly dealt with the browser compatibility issues (don't get me started!) that trip up many RPGers moving to web land.

Sorry David, I normally don't respond as a vendor, but he asked. :)
And just to satisfy my curiosity, Brian, I assume you guys support all or most of the 5250 DDS specification; would I be correct in imagining that support for subfiles (and probably popups and a few of the more esoteric 5250 keywords) was a significant investment? I only ask because I don't want people thinking that OA is a drop-in replacement for 5250; they're really better off going through a vendor like you who has already done the heavy lifting.
