The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

That actually IS a "quick and easy" way, but it has some nasty side
effects. As does sending an *ESCAPE message (which I'd hardly call
"quick and easy").
Oh, well. Better to use one of the parameters to tell the calling
program there was trouble.
