OK, I meant 'real' ILE programs; 'ILE programs that are not created with
DFTACTGRP(*YES)'. They look like OPM programs, they swim like OPM
programs, they quack like OPM programs, so they should be considered OPM
programs :-) And they are not affected by RCLRSC.

I was thinking of CRTBNDRPG and CRTBNDCL which let you define the
DAG as the ACTGRP as opposed to CRTPGM. If you have to mix OPM and
ILE pgms shouldn't you compile that way?
