True, RCLRSC only affects the default activation group. If your programs are running in a named activation group, RCLRSC will have no effect. (But you can use RCLACTGRP to reclaim them -- it's pretty much the same thing as RCLRSC, aside from the fact that it works by actgrp instead of call-level.)
