Re: Waiting on a record lock check

Greetings,

I have a routine to check to see if a record is locked in a file. It
works but takes about 30 seconds before it returns with the results that
the record is locked. Is there anything that I can do, either in the RPG
or CL program that calls the RPG to get a faster determination that the
record is locked? Thanks.
