That's from either CLRPFM or an SQL DELETE without a where clause.

Hey, I just got into journalling! See, if you don't post, you don't learn.

Trouble is, I just ran the sql bit from hell, there are no records left but nothing in the journal except :

            15   F     CR   ARHDMN      FOXWELL     DFX3        14:26:09
            16   F     OP   ARHDMN      FOXWELL     DFX3        14:28:02

I think the 16 and 14 pertain to my sql delete.
