Prompt the RPGDOC cmd and press F1. You will get info about the comments
format.

but limited results are possible with just '//' or '*' comment
blocks. See included README.txt for more details.

The README.txt has install instructions. The only hint of the keywords
comes from reviewing the code in routine ParseJVADOC.
