How do I write the equivalent of

/FREE

IF NOT %OPEN(MYFILE);
%OPEN(MYFILE);

ENDIF;

Not.

Convert.

C OPNFLG IFNE '1'
C OPEN MYFILE
C MOVEL'1' OPNFLG 1
C ENDIF

Not exactly the same, though. Conversion would be preferable, but I realize
there are instances where it's not an option (usually employer-related).
