Did you install the library libstdc++.so.6?
The homepage from Scott Klement says:
If you are having trouble, receiving an error about "libstdc++.so.6"
that's causing p7zip to fail, please try installing version 4.1.1 of the
GNU C Compiler. You can get a copy that works in PASE from the following
link:

Have you installed GCC?
Normally such libraries reside in /usr/lib which should be translated
for PASE to /QOpenSys/usr/lib (depending on your installation).
