When the display record format has ERRMSG or ERRMSGID active, it's in
an override status, so other changes don't get displayed. I believe
if you add OVRATR to MONREAS1, the RI will become effective. (I'm
working from memory, so OVRATR may not be the correct name of the
attribute.)
