Well I'll probably get in a lot of trouble from the others for suggesting
this, but how about exporting the 'output-information' data-structure from
Program A and importing it into service program C (or vice-versa)? That way,
you don't need to pass it as a parameter via program B.

Lots of people dismiss the exporting of variables as a bad idea, but this
seems like it might be an ideal use. I have done it a lot and it works very
well.
