Subject: Re: RPGIV to Java prototype/call miss-match
Hi Duane,
When you call a Java method from RPG, you always have to pass the Java object (the one containing the method you want to call) as the first parameter.
That object is never coded on the prototype. But it's required on the call.
The only exceptions to this are *CONSTRUCTOR methods and STATIC methods.
All other methods (i.e. the normal methods) always require the object to be passed in the first parameter.
