And just as a self-promotional note, I also train folks on RDi. I've got web videos on WDSC available on the MC Press site, and also a whole set of online RDi seminars available from Manta Technologies.

I also train folks on RDi-SOA and will be providing training for other i-related Rational products (coming soon to an i near you!). I'm on the beta teams for the i products, so I know them pretty well.
