So, using an item that recently (today) appeared on these lists, instead
of chaining to a currency translation table to convert USD to Euro's then
you do:
Euro=CurrencyTranslate(USD : 'EURO');
Then that routine can determine if to use a web service, chain to a file
because the service is unavailable or your internet connection is down, or
