Given Charles' reasonable assumption that there is something called TotalRecords, I'd just do this:

P_Percent = RcdsRead * 100 / TotalRecords;

Next, I'd like to see what Remainder is being used for. I can't figure out an easy way to get it because it will be using the remainder rules for divisors with decimal positions, which hurts my brain a little bit. But I also can't see a good use for it, except possibly rounding. And if you want a rounded value, just do this:

eval(h) P_Percent = RcdsRead * 100 / TotalRecords;
