I assume OnePercent is set like so:

OnePercent = TotalRecords / 100;

If so, I see no advantage to having it defined (11,2) just define it (9,0) and use %DIV() and %REM().

You might even want to use %DIV in the calculation of OnePercent:
OnePercent = %DIV(TotalRecords:100);
