RTVOBJD does not respect overrides. If I have LIBA and LIBB in my list,
in that order and do an OVRDBF to LIBB it will return information about
the object in LIBA.

That is good to know. We do not use many overrides here, other than print
files, so I had not needed to test them with the API.
