The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
I also just heard this news from a customer of mine, but it was second hand
so I was waiting for somebody to confirm. George Farr made statements at
RPGWorld in 2006 about some cool possibilities they are looking to add to
the RPG language in the way of new UI technologies. Sounds like those ideas
lost out.
Anybody know where we can find a formal statement so we don't sit here and
create rumors?
Jon Paris can you give us any insight with your connections?

Subject: RPG is Dead? Say it aint so!
Just heard at my local user group that at Common, "top IBMers" had told a
"vocal proponent of RPG" when asked when we would be getting major
enhancements like direct GUI and WEB ability, that IBM was no longer
enhancing RPG and that all future development is going to other "newer"
languages.
Please, say it aint so!
Thanks,
