who is in charge of ILE? It is ILE that has to be improved in terms
of eliminating signature violations, adding reflection so you dont
need PR header specs, supporting objects and references, filling in
gaps in preprocessor and debugger views support. Adding features to a
language without addressing the fundemental shortcomings of the
framework is a waste of time.
