which cause the file to contains unnecessary deleted record.
This will not happen if commitment control is used.


Actually I do believe CC will leave the deleted rows in the table too.
There are actually added, and then deleted if they're rolled back.

As for why I'd not use CC here... I'm not saying it's wrong to, but in
this case it seemed to me that there was another "cleanup" method, plus
I believe a comment was made that the interface files are cleared at
each run anyway, so no big deal there.
