May be I misunderstood. But isn't this already available?

I think "available" is perhaps not the right word Birgitta.  It is doable -
but the fact that your solution doesn't work exactly the same way as one
presented on the lists in the last few days, speaks to the problems not
having a standard solution creates.  

This is a problem we all have - RPG has provided a nice Try/catch type
mechanism - it makes no sense for there not to be a standard throw() as
well.  When I look at your code, I am going to make assumptions about the
way it works - are they correct?  I can't tell without looking at the
implementation.  If it was standard RPG it wouldn't be an issue.
