Can someone tell me how I would do the following? I want to create an
embedded SQL statement that will select rows when the change date in a table
meets a certain date. But, the issue is the change date may be zero. If
the change date is zero, I want to select rows where the entered date meets
a certain date. I need all these selected in one group so I can sort them
as a group.

Any help would be appreciated.
