Do "InfoCenter" and "handy" even belong in the same sentence?
In my experience, even on those rare occasions when the CD InfoCenter produced useful information at all, or the web InfoCenter produced anything other than browser crashes on the first half-dozen tries, it's usually taken me 5 times longer to find the information than it would have in the Softcopy Library, and at least twice as long as a worst-case of looking it up in an actual MANUAL.
