Maybe it was the older infocenters?  I am finding the newer ones a lot 
easier to search.  Yes, occasionally I still run into some hiccups.  But 
that seems to be mainly when IBM is putting an update on.  I am sure my 
users really don't like it when we say "get out of invoicing, I have to 
update a screen".

I gave up Softcopy only begrudgingly, but it was time to move on.  And, I 
won't use out of data information simply because the reference is easier.
