× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Man, I guess the time change is messing with my brain!

As I stated before:

PgmA  calls PgmB using a prototyped program call.  When pgmA is run 
by me, everything runs fine.  When PgmA is run by another developer,
it gets an MCH3401 on the call to pgmB, even though the other 
developer has my library in her library list.


but as I neglected to mention, PGMB also uses EXPAT, which requires 
another library list entry.
