What about the code after the suggestion of the ADDPFCST?  That should 
help you find any duplicates.

I will give it a shot.  Thanks for the tip.  My main problem is that I'm 
not sure that the rules are properly enforced in the file update 
program(s).  As I said earlier, I don't expect it to come up, but I want 
someone to know about it if it does - just in case.
