Before concatenating the search argument to the SQL statement...

Use the %Replace BIF to search for "'" and to replace with "''".  See the
reference manual on how to get this to work.

You have to insert another apostrophe for every one that they enter.
So that 'Bob's stuff' comes out as 'Bob''s stuff' in the SQL statement.

  and then FETCH ...

  The problem is that sometimes users put apostrophe "'" inside the

  arguments and the prepare statement fails (i.e Regent's).

  Must be easy but I don't how to handle it.
