However, you are missing that these guys have moved on to the technical discussion on when and where a DOW and DOU conditions are executed on a loop. I am sorry but it doesnt matter whether it is a DOW or DOU the logic of the program MUST go from the screen and through the steps to the end of the loop, so it will ALWAYS write a record to that file no matter what you do.
