Not sure exactly what the problem was, but I copied the code from a working program to this one. Then proceeded in adding in all of my code and it compiled just fine. Mike, fwiw, I've run into that issue when I needed a separate null field (as mentioned by someone else), or in regards to scoping. If you have fields in that data structure that are defined differently elsewhere in your program, I believe that would cause an issue as well.
