QSYSINC was: Compiler directive

Actually Bob may have experience in "who wants to pay for..."  since he 
peddles RPG Xtools.
Many developers have a "I'd rather rewrite it myself" attitude.  And often 
justify it on some piddling little thing.  I'll be honest.  I don't use 
the QSYSINC - I use our own.  For a few reasons.
1 - I didn't know about it at first is probably the biggest.
2 - binary vs integer
3 - piddling little things about field names, qualified data structures, 
etc
