Was that one way, or two different ways?  Meaning, if you already have:
 /undefine temp
 /If defined(Copy_proc_prototype)
 /define temp
 /ElseIf defined(Copy_SRVPGM_Prototype_All)
 /define temp
 /EndIf
 /if defined(temp)
 whatever
 /endif

Why would you need:
 /undefine temp
 /If defined(Copy_proc_prototype)
 /define temp
 /ElseIf defined(Copy_SRVPGM_Prototype_All)
 /define temp
 /EndIf

 // temp = defined(Copy_proc_prototype) OR
defined(Copy_SRVPGM_Prototype_All)
 /if defined(temp)
 whatever
 /endif

And if the following works, why would you need the previous 
If/ElseIf/EndIf?
 // temp = defined(Copy_proc_prototype) OR
defined(Copy_SRVPGM_Prototype_All)
 /if defined(temp)
 whatever
 /endif
