Well, there are CASE tools...

Or, you could look up the REF keywords.

Or, you could use the Designer in WDSC.  It's much like a GUI version of 
SDA.  Not exactly what you are looking for but there are a lot of ways to 
design the screen based on an existing PF/LF.
