DFU will create an actual screen for you but no source.

Well, there are CASE tools...

Or, you could look up the REF keywords.

Or, you could use the Designer in WDSC.  It's much like a GUI version of

SDA.  Not exactly what you are looking for but there are a lot of ways
to 
design the screen based on an existing PF/LF.
