New name for RPG -- RPG400-L

Oh wait, that name is already taken. COBOL! 

 

Since we have JAVA, why not rename RPG, oh let's say: VANILLA. Kinda
sweet, smells good, tastes good, flavors well with others, especially
JAVA!
