a) He used LIKEDS to clone the DS, he's not referring to CEEDOD_Parms
directly. So he needs to prefix the subfields with the name of the cloned
DS -- since the cloned DS is "od", he's doing it correctly.
b) Even if he weren't, it wouldn't fit the symptoms of the problem he's
describing. He'd get a compile error RNF7030 saying that the variable
isn't defined. He wouldn't get a operational descriptor error.
