Right, all that stuff didn't come into place until V5R2 and then it was fixed er, I mean "finished up" in V5R3. ;) <soapbox> This sort of gives points to my argument that IBM needs to stop enhancing RPG IV on every single release and only do it on a "fixed version" boundary. That is, all V5Rx enhancements are available on V5R1 and later, instead of the fragmented way it is being done today. It creates far too much confusion when people are coding. Can I use this, oh wait that V5R2, how about this, no that's V5R3, so I'm on V5R1 what do I do? Oh, you have to use "MOVE". If everything was shipped for V5R1 and later, this wouldn't be an issue. But hey, some people/customers/pundants feel it is better to "require/force/strongly encourage" everyone to be on the most current release and punish those you are not." That's not my view, however. </soapbox> -Bob Cozzi www.RPGxTools.com RPG xTools - Enjoy programming again. -----Original Message----- From: rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:rpg400-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Douglas W.
