RE: worst RPG ever seen?

Well,
My biggest issue was I spent 4 years slugging my guts out for a company I 
won't mention.  Feeling good after so many years and pats on the back for 
many fixes, and after hours help.  Thought I was valued.  Turns out, nope. 
 Not at all.  They don't care about productivity, loyalty, etc.  I turned 
down jobs while there.  Management decides to change policies and gives me 
ultimatum to move or take a severance.  Never again... I swore never again 
will I get myself thinking that I'm "needed".  I'm just a pawn to be used 
until they decide to put me in the way of the queen to be knocked off to 
save the King.

Hmmm...no recognition in the private sector??  Just do something wrong
trust me....you'll be recognized instantly & by people you've never had
to deal with will know who you are LOL
