This topic has been discussed numerous times - I would search the Midrange-L and RPG400-L archives for combinations of the words "RPG", "source", "retrieve", "retrieval", etc.
However, if all you have on the system is object code, you will probably be violating a software license agreement by attempting to retrieve the source code from the objects, if it is even available within the object. I'm not sure, but I believe most vendors charge an additional license fee to provide the source code, but there are still usually some proprietary program objects within the system for which they will NOT supply source code. 

For example:
As shipped from the vendor, the programs in the JDE World Software product have had observability removed, which removes the source template from the program object and makes source impossible, and the JDE license prohibits "reverse engineering" the code.
