Tony: <snip> An error occurred during translation. </snip> I got this a couple weeks ago...called IBM Support. They told me that I had a damaged source member. Now, I have no idea how objects get damaged or corrupted, but here's the solution: - Create a new source member - Copy the source from the old member to the new manually (re-key it, ctl-c/ctl-v page-by-page, etc.) - Save the new source member (F3...) - Delete the old source member - Rename the new source member (to the old name) That did the trick for me. It drove me crazy for 2 days. I've found 1 or 2 compiler issues over the last 16 years on the AS/400 and iSeries, but they are rare. Hope this helps, --Bruce Guetzkow
