I think if you look at the amount of features in WDSc compared to Eclipse
they have the exact same percentage of startup. Actually, let me take that
statement one step further - if you look at WDSc compared to SEU they have
the same exact percentage of startup time based on features:-) 

Note that there are somes ways to lessen the startup time (i.e. don't
connect to all of your configured iSeries machines at startup).
