RE: I seek overall advice.

I want to thank everyone for their posts. It was kind of a vent in
disguise, but I appreciate the input. 
I figured the library hardcoding would be the easiest problem to fix,
since changing the hardcoded values to *LIBL would be all it takes for
most of the source members. Then after compiling I will know that the
source matches the object :) 
Another thing I have going for me is we are looking into getting on the
newest version of our ERP package. This will give me an opportunity to
review all of the programs. Is there a conversion command that will
convert RPGII source to RPGIII?
