I guess it depends who you talk to. I had nothing but great support and superior service from David Pirnik and Grady Baggett when I ordered my model 520. August 2nd I made my initial enquiry. By the end of August we had the machine completely configured (most of that time was me trying to figure out how much memory and which features I needed). By the 9th of September the order was in and about 30 days later I had a bright shiny new i5 sitting in my office. I had less stellar results with the xSeries, in fact, including a freaking two and a half day FDA hold on the way in from Guadalajara.
