So I can do this: Dim(%DIV(%size(fld1):2))
But I can't do this:  Dim(%size(fld1)+1)

%DIV was introduced in V4R4; it's always been allowed in D specs.  (I
just checked the V4R4 manual, and D specs are explicitly mentioned for
%DIV.)
