You must keep the definition of Lenght or lenght1 as 15,5 like the
documentation say.
You can ajust the value of this parm (the lenght of your command)

But don't forget that you call a program, and the called (QCMDEXC) wait for
a lenght defined as 15,5.

Ther are other way to do the same (encapsule in a procedure, use system,
...)
