RE: Subfile not updated on a join logical back from the parentupdate

Jonathan thanks. I did put the file under user control (USROPN)
before, did not seen to help.

Your input is appreciated

Gary

Hi Gary

<snip>
I queried the join logical fields that got updated and they have the
new
values, but while the subfile application is running it doesn't seen
to
know yet, only if I get out and run it again.
</snip>

Could it be anything to do with your activation groups?

If not, you could try manually closing and opening the file before you
rebuild the subfile - that should have the same effect as ending and
rerunning the program (at least as far as the joined logical file is
concerned).

Jonathan
