Are you dividing the result of FieldA - 1 by FieldA or by FieldA * 100?

If the former then this should work:
EVAL Result = ((FieldA - 1) / FieldA) * 100?

If the latter, then try this:
EVAL Result = (FieldA - 1) / (FieldA * 100)?
