RE: Do Forever (was: read on a do loop)

I'm very late on this one, but I could never understand the intentional
infinite loop with the exit point(s) defined inside.  It's another part
of the Brotherhood of the Priming Read doctrine--try always to have just
one exit point for a loop, defined in the loop control statement. 

It's like almost everything else, the official BOTPR doctrine doesn't
work for all cases but the intentionl infinite loop has the potential
for being turned to spaghetti. 

OK, anyone can add something to an existing piece of code that branches
to somewhere that branches to somewhere...that ends up in another
dimension and never comes back to the starting point. I still find
comfort in the teachings of the BOTPR.
