<Is the inability to take advantage of the "bound by reference" nature of the srvpgm purely a matter of bad design on the part of my change management software, or have I simply misunderstood the practical implications of this feature ?> I know other people who have encountered this with Implementer. I have previously worked with SoftLandings Turnover and we did not have this issue. So I would guess that it is a "bug" in their software, unless of course the tell you it is by design ...
