Hi Sean, Most times you can't fix the problem immediately (that's my experience) when a user is running into. So then the program will crash even if you are looking together with that user. I prefer to make a dump, and yes, eventually repair broken data. Then recompile the program with source and try to reproduce the error with testdata.
